Question 1: What kind of support will I get?

You’ll have weekly virtual check-ins with your coach, an midpoint check-in session with your coach to make adjustments if needed, access to a group community for accountability, and all the tools you need to stay on track.

Question 2: What kind of results can I expect?

While results vary, most participants notice improved energy, better eating habits, and visible changes in body composition by the end of 6 weeks. On average, healthy weight loss is 1 lb. per week and/or 1% Body Fat loss and/or 1 lb. of muscle mass increase per month. The better your consistency, the better your results!

Question 3: Is this a weight loss challenge?

Not exclusively. While many participants aim to lose fat, the challenge is about building sustainable habits for overall health and fitness.

Question 4: Can I still eat out or enjoy treats during the challenge?

Absolutely! We’ll show you how to balance indulgences with your goals so you don’t feel deprived.

Question 5: What if I have dietary restrictions?

No problem! The challenge is flexible and can be adapted to fit your dietary needs or preferences.

Question 6: How much time will I need to dedicate each week?

Just a few minutes a day to log meals, plus about 1 hour a week for the Weekly Zoom trainings, check-ins with your coach, and challenge group. If you choose, you can add in an additional hour or so if you plan to meal prep one day on the weekend. So very manageable!

Question 7: Do I need to count calories or macros?

Yes, for this challenge you will be logging your food. However, we'll teach you how to eat balanced meals in a way that fits your lifestyle.
